Dr. Mensa Otabil is a Pastor, Educator, Entrepreneur and Consultant. He is the Founder and General Overseer of the International Central Gospel Church with its network of local churches, Multifaceted Ministries and Initiatives in Ghana other parts of Africa, Europe and the United States.

Dr. Otabil is the Founder and Chancellor of Ghana’s premier private university; Central University College, Chief Executive Officer and Consultant of Otabil and Associates; an Executive and leadership growth consultancy.

Currently he serves on the board of Kings University College, National Peace Council, Starwin Limited, Institute of Economic Affairs and Central University College.

 

Dr. Enchill holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from the Swiss Management Center, Switzerland and an MBA from IFM (University of Manchester and Wales). He is also a Chartered Accountant and holds the Final Certificate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).

Dr. Stephen Enchill has a wealth of experience through the following positions he held over the years: Finance Manager, Ikam Limited; Principal Accountant, Ghana National Petroleum Corporation; Audit Manager, Pannel Kerr Forster (Chartered Accountants); Internal Auditor, Unilever Ghana.

Dr. Enchill serves on other corporate Boards such as Ekumfiman Rural Bank Limited, Glico Life Insurance Company, Glico General Insurance Company, and Actionaid Ghana. He is also a financial advisor to the International Central Gospel churches.

He is the Managing Partner of Forbes Consult International (Chartered Accountants & Management Consultants)

Rev. Fitzgerald Odonkor holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from the University of Ghana. He also holds a Diploma in French Studies from the Alliance Francaise de Paris, France.

Rev. Odonkor has over three decades of banking experience within the West African sub-region with working experiences in Ghana, Gambia and Togo.

He has worked as Chief Operations Officer at Merchant Bank Ghana Ltd in various capacities at the Ecobank Group’s operations across West Africa as Credit Officer for Foreign Trade, Head of Trade Finance, Deputy Operations Manager, Head of Cash Management, Group Trade Manager and Regional Head for Structured Trade at Ecobank Ghana, Head of Operations at Ecobank Togo and later as Project Manager and Managing Director for Ecobank Gambia.

Prior to his appointment as CEO,he was a board member of Capital Bank, the CEO of Fitzgerald Consult and General Overseer of Harvest International Ministries.

William Ato Essien holds a BSc. (Marketing option) degree from the Central University College and a Certificate in Micro-Finance. He serves on the Board of Wade-Laurel Printing Press Limited (which he founded), Wanart Marketing Consult and FCP Trust.

He is an astute entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in micro-financing and business financing structuring. Mr. Essien is an avid motivational speaker and he believes that business leaders and leaders in general should harness the power of God in the marketplace to deepen their knowledge and also maximize the effectiveness of their activities.

In 2012, he was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year – Banking & Finance Category for the year 2011 by the Ghana Entrepreneurs Foundation for exhibiting an outstanding entrepreneurial spirit and for his achievements in sustaining economic growth, generating employment and innovation in Ghana.

In 2012 he was also awarded as a finalist in the Emerging Entrepreneur Category at the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year West Africa Awards for exhibiting outstanding performance in the areas of entrepreneurial spirit, financial performance, strategic direction, global impact, personal integrity and influence.

He is the founder of the William Ato Essien Foundation (WAEF) which was established in June 2011 to provide financial support for educational and health purposes and also to impact the society in general.

Mr. Kofi Kwakwa holds an MBA (General Management) from Harvard University Business School and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Public Policy from Swarthmore College in the USA.

Mr. Kwakwa has significant experience globally and across Africa in private equity investments, senior executive leadership, corporate strategy development and implementation, corporate governance and entrepreneurship.

He’s currently the Senior Advisor at African Capital Alliance, West Africa, which is a private equity fund in West Africa with over $1bn under management as well as the Founder and CEO of Sagevest Holdings, Ghana, which has the strategic focus of making private equity and venture capital investments in companies and promising start-ups.

Mr. Kwakwa has worked as Director of Strategic Investments & Joint Ventures for Standard Bank Group, Johannesburg where he identified and executed strategic private equity investments and joint ventures on behalf of the Standard/Stanbic Bank Group and as Director for Ark4 Advisors in Johannesburg with the strategic focus of identifying and developing business opportunities in Africa with institutional partners

Other work experiences include; Vice President of Worldspace Corporation, Africa; Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company, Johannesburg and McKinsey & Company, Washington DC  respectively. He also worked as an Analyst for Deloitte & Touche Consulting, Philadelphia and West Africa.

Mr. Kwakwa currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ashesi University and as a member of boards of Ghana International School, Fanisi Capital (US $50M Private Equity Fund in East Africa), GN Life Assurance and Global Leader for Tomorrow 2002.

Mrs. Frances Adu-Mante holds an EMBA (Finance) Degree from the University of Ghana Business School, Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Ghana and a Professional Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana Law School.

She also holds a Diplôme de Langue, Diplôme Supérieur de Français des Affaires (Diploma in Languages and Higher Diploma in Business French) from Alliance Francaise d'Accra and Certificate of Completion of Program in United States Law and Legal Institutions from University of Winsconsin, USA. She’s also an Alumnus of the INSEAD Executive Program.

Mrs. Adu Mante has many years’ experience in Law and Finance and is currently a Consultant at Rofam Consultancy Services which focuses on Legal, Human Resources & Financial Services Consultancy.

She has held various portfolios in the Ecobank Transnational Group including as Group Coordinator, Ecobank Microfinance as well as Managing Director/CEO of EB-ACCION. Some of the other roles held at Ecobank Group include; Director Retail Banking Dept, Director & Head, Consumer Banking Dept,  Company Secretary/Head-Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, Company Secretary & Head of Administration, Company Secretary & Head, Legal/Credit Administration.

Mrs. Adu-Mante also worked at Bank for Housing & Construction as a Snr. Legal Officer and at Bankhole Chambers and Fugar & Co as Private Legal Practitioner.

Mrs. Adu-Mante has served on various advisory boards in various capacities. She’s currently, Vice Chairman – Board of Trustees for the Endowment Fund of the University of Ghana Business School, Member of the Governing Counsel of Trinity Theological Seminary, Member of the Board of the College of Health Sciences, University of Ghana.

She has also previously served as Member of the Advisory Board University of Wisconsin Summer Program in U.S. Law and Legal Institution, Member of the Executive Committees of the Christian Council of Ghana, GHAFES, World Vision Ghana and the Presbyterian Women’s Centre.

Mrs. Adu-Mante is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association.



Alhaji Amadu Montia holds a BSc. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Wales, Aberyswyth, UK. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers; UK.

Alhaji has acquired a lot of experience given his long service with bank of Ghana and the numerous positions held.

He was with the Public Department office and then moved to the Bank Examinations Department where he conducted off-site examinations of Banks. He also worked with the Research Department of Bank of Ghana concentrating on research papers on the subjects; public accounts and monitoring; supervision of government accounts.

He has stayed at the Banking Supervision Department until he retired in the year 2010 as the Assistant Director.


He was appointed to the Board of Capital Bankin the year 2010. He also serves on the Boards of Global Access Savings and Loans Limited and as a Chairman for the Borimanga Rural Bank Limited.
