Rev. Fitzgerald Odonkor holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from the University of Science and Technology. He also holds a Diploma in French Studies from the Alliance Francaise de Paris, France.
Rev. Odonkor has over three decades of banking experience within the West African sub-region with working experiences in Ghana, Gambia and Togo.
He has worked as Chief Operations Officer at Merchant Bank Ghana Ltd and in various capacities at the Ecobank Group’s operations across West Africa as Credit Officer for Foreign Trade, Head of Trade Finance, Deputy Operations Manager, Head of Cash Management, Group Trade Manager and Regional Head for Structured Trade at Ecobank Ghana, Head of Operations at Ecobank Togo and later as Project Manager and Managing Director for Ecobank Gambia.
Prior to his appointment as CEO he was a board member of Capital Bank, the CEO of Fitzgerald Consult and General Overseer of Harvest International Ministries.
Daniel is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA, UK), Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICA, GHANA) and a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accounts. Daniel also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana and Bachelor of Education Psychology degree from the University of Cape-Coast.
He has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry working with GT Bank, KPMG and Internal Revenue Services.
Prior to joining Capital BankBank, Daniel was the Assistant General Manager in charge of Corporate Banking Business at GT Bank where he was responsible for directing and controlling the current to medium term strategies of the Corporate Banking Group to meet the bank’s operational and financial targets.
Daniel also held various roles at GT Bank including as Group Head, Enterprise-wide Risk Management with responsibility for Credit, Market and Operational Risks Management, Group Head of Investment Bank with responsibility for Treasury, Currency Trading, Assets and Liability Management as well as Head of Financial Control and Strategy and Head of Systems, Control and Internal Audit.
Prior to joining GT Bank, Daniel worked as external Auditor at KPMG Ghana and an assistant Inspector of Taxes at the Internal Revenue Service.
Emmanuel is a Chartered Accountant, who holds an EMBA (Finance) Degree and a BSc Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA, Ghana) as well as a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA, United Kingdom).
Emmanuel has over 10 years’ experience in Business Strategy, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Performance Management, Statutory Reporting and Auditing within Ghana’s financial services industry.
Prior to joining Capital Bank in September, 2015, he was the Head of Finance and Strategy (Financial Controller) at Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) where he was responsible for developing Accounting/Financial policies, operating standards and procedures as well as other support systems including monitoring mechanisms for managing Financial and Management reporting. He was also responsible for the design of systems to effectively and efficiently manage UMB’s Asset and Liabilities, UMB’s tax planning and advisory services as well as UMB’s Group Annual Report, Business Strategy and Budget amongst others.
Prior to joining Universal Merchant Bank he worked at Eddie Nikoi Accounting Consultancy as an Audit Officer.
Muina Wosornu holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Westminster, England and a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economy.
Prior to joining Capital Bank, Muina worked with Laurus Development Partners, a subsidiary of Actis, as the Marketing and Leasing Director where she was primarily responsible for marketing and leasing Actis’ commercial developments as well as the management of stakeholder relationships.
Muina also worked at Broll Ghana Limited, initially as a Portfolio Executive overseeing the facility management of the SSNIT properties before taking up the position as Centre Manager for the newly built Accra Mall; a US$45m Actis development investment – which she successfully managed for four years from inception. In addition, she was instrumental in setting up Broll Ghana Limited in 2005 by facilitating negotiations on the Shareholder and Property Management Agreements between Broll Property Group, South Africa, the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), and SIC Company Limited, Broll Ghana’s shareholders and biggest clients.
She has also previously worked at Engineering and Logistical Services Ltd as Business Development Manager and at General Leasing and Finance Company Limited, now Access Bank Ghana Limited as Financial Analyst.
Solomon holds an Executive MBA (Finance) Degree and Bsc Administration degree from University of Ghana.
Prior to joining Capital Bank, Solomon worked as the Head of Government Business and Parastatals at Universal Merchant Bank (formerly Merchant Bank) where he was responsible for developing and providing inputs for the formulation of business strategy aimed at growth and profitability of the unit. Solomon also worked as Manager and later Senior Manager in charge of corporate and institutional banking at Merchant Bank.
Prior to joining Merchant Bank, he worked as Regional Sales Manager and later as Brand Marketing Manager at British American Tobacco Ghana Ltd. He has also previously worked as Sales Manager at Unilever Ghana Ltd and as Assistant Inspector of Taxes at the Internal Revenue Service.
Augustine holds an Executive MBA (Finance) and BSc (Hons) Admin. (Banking & Finance) degrees from the University of Ghana Business School.
Augustine has about 20 years hands on experience in Banking Operations, Business Development & Relationship Management in SME, Corporate & Institutional Banking. He also has extensive experience in Credit Structuring, Analysis, Administration & Management and Enterprise-wide Risk Management.
Prior to joining Capital Bank, Augustine was an Assistant General Manager and the Group Head in charge of Enterprise-wide Risk Management at Guaranty Trust Bank overseeing its risk asset portfolio. He was responsible for developing and managing Guaranty Trust Bank's overall risk policies and procedures.
Augustine has also worked in various management positions in SME, Corporate & Institutional Banking and Risk Management at Merchant Bank (Gh) Ltd now Universal Merchant Bank and at Intercontinental Bank now Access Bank.
